The C.A.V.E Parents

I received this interesting information about a new Blog from ‘Changing the Game Projects’ – “C.A.V.E. People” – is a term coined by the Ritz Carlton group, and refers to people, who constantly disrupt, do not buy in to what you are trying to do, and can suck up all our leadership energy and time. So, the “Changing the Game” author wrote an article “Don't Let the C.A.V.E. People Get You Down!” about the C.A.V.E., parents many of us coaches encounter, and what we can do to minimize their influence. Click here to check it out. The terms got a lot of my chuckles.
